Abstract

The Authors report a case of congenital self-healing Langerhans cell histiocytosis characterized by vesicles and pustules. They also discuss the differential diagnosis from neonatal pustulosis and its relationship with Hashimoto-Pritzker disease and congenital self-healing histiocytosis, type Letterer-Siwe.
