Laser treatment of anterior cervical hypertrichosis.

Abstract

Anterior cervical hypertrichosis (ACH) is a rare cause of excess hair which may be associated with various disorders. Moreover, it may have a significant psychosocial impact. Thus treatment should be adequately discussed with parents and laser hair removal seems to be a good choice. We herein present a 6 year girl with ACH who was succesfully treated with alexandrite laser.
