Abstract

A baby was born full term by Cesarean birth weighing 3,635 g. His skin was thickened, with exudating lesions of the face, which had gross features, and with large folds, mainly on the root of the limbs. There was leukocytosis -82.4/L- and eosinophilia -74%. X-ray of the thorax and ultrasonography (USG) of the brain and abdomen were normal.
