Abstract

The Author reviews the infantile disorders affecting the sebaceous gland except for acne. In most cases we are dealing with disorders of nevus/malformation type. The most common of the latter is sebaceous nevus, isolated or syndromic (Schimmelpenning syndrome, phacomatosis pigmentokeratotica, didymosis aplasticosebacea). Folliculoseba-ceous cystic hamartoma is a trichofolliculoma at its very late stage.
