Abstract

The extensor surface of the elbows and knees is eposed to trauma, especially at some ages (child who crawls) and in some playing, professional or religious activities. Anyway, at whatever age, it is, along with hands and feet, the site most exposed to trauma. This is responsible for the localization on this site of some disorders with a mechanisms reminiscent of Koebner phenomenon.
