Papillon-Lefèvre syndrome associated with marfanoid character.

Abstract

We report four cases affected by Papillon-Lefèvre syndrome in three families. One of these cases was associated with marfanoid characters. All of the patients were treated with acitretin. During therapy the histological and clinical abnormalities diminished and the periodontosis improved.
