Giant condyloma (Buschke-Löwenstein Tumor) in two children.

Abstract

Condylomas are rare skin disorders in children. The giant form of Buschke-Löwenstein tumor is exceptional; its presence therefore raises the problem of identifying the route of contamination and ruling out a possible sexual abuse. In the actual report two cases of giant condylomas were described. The first case in an 8-year-old boy was attributable to a familial sexual abuse. The second case in a 3-year-old girl was attributable to an innocent familial contagion.
